As a graduate of Chicago's Lane Technical High School (1989), and the Illinois Institute of Technology (1994), Architecture has long been a focus of Rita's education and, thus, in her career. "It is through a thorough understanding of technical knowledge coupled with strict discipline and a creative mind that one can produce a timeless design."

In 1994, Rita accepted a position with the then new and unknown start-up firm of Caprio Prisby. Since then, the continuing growth and success of the firm is a direct result of the dedication, discipline, knowledge, and creativity that encompasses her passion for architecture. Receiving her architectural license in 2003 and a member of the Association of Licensed Architects, Rita is a vital asset and takes great pride in working alongside top professionals in the field to create award winning designs from inception to completion, every step of the way.
