As one of the co-founders, James C. Prisby is a graduate of Fenwick High School and The University of Notre Dame. His architectural background includes all forms of design including interiors, cabinetry and site design. "You can't create great architecture if you only design the shell of the structure. I like to design fun and creative spaces that need to be experienced and enjoyed. It is impossible to create great space without incorporating all aspects of design into the creation of each room."

He has been a Hinsdale resident since 1974 and is active in the community. His Hinsdale background gives him a clear understanding of the construction market, new and old. This allows him to create new homes, and design historic home additions, that are sensitive to the desires of the entire community.
